Search Queries
When you type a name, location, or similar term into a search box powered by a partner service, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Pender County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information you include may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer it. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

This site links to official jail, sheriff, court, NC DAC, VINELink, BOP, ICE, and public-records resources. North Carolina public-records access is governed in part by Chapter 132, including G.S. 132-1's definition of public records and G.S. 132-6.2's rules for copies, media, and fees. Once you leave this site for an official portal or third-party search tool, that site's own privacy policy controls.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites for targeted ads. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by a local jail or court office.

We do not sell personal contact information. Information may be available to limited service providers or authorities when needed.

Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed for deletion.
